My kids are snack-a-holics.  It feels like every hour they are telling me that they are starving.  

Their little bodies stay nourished throughout the day from snacks.   Since they are mini meals we call them Mom’s snack packs at my house.  

They never miss an opportunity for a good snack, the trick is to get them to eat healthy snacks.  Check out these snacks that my kids actually eat in my house that they will actually eat and not just graze over.
